24–hour Nurse Line — Community Health Line provides the important health information you need when you need it, so you can make good decisions about your health. We offer healthy choices — Community Health Plan allows you to tailor a plan to fit your needs. We have many flexible options available and can offer a health care product including dental, life, long–term disability, short–term disability and vision benefits, all in one convenient plan.
Prescription drug options — Employees love this feature. For most employers, Community Health Plan offers a 3–tier co–pay setup: a low co–pay for generic drugs; a higher co–pay for non–formulary brand drugs; and a middle co–pay for formulary brand drugs. We also offer an Open Formulary: this means that even name brand prescription drugs which are not included in our Formulary list are still available to our members for a co–pay. It makes sense to offer prescription medicine prices that are easy to swallow. With our Pharmacy Benefit Management, you save on premiums, too.
