Customer Service

Community Health Plan is dedicated to offering personalized, timely customer service.

When you call our Customer Service Department, you can expect prompt attention by a trained professional who is well versed in all aspects of Community Health Plan benefits. Our representatives will help you get the most out of your benefits and simplify your health insurance experience. If you call after hours, please leave a voice mail message and one of our Customer Service representatives will return your call on the next business day. Simply contact Customer Service, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at (816) 271-1247, option 2, or (800) 990-9247, option 2.

We are happy to address any issue you may have. Please be sure to contact Customer Service when you:

   •  Have questions about your coverage.
   •  Have a change in family status, such as marriage or adding a dependent.
   •  Have a question about any document that you’ve received from a provider or from Community Health Plan.
   •  Have changed your name.
   •  Have a question about a provider.
   •  Have additional health insurance coverage (Coordination of Benefits)
