Childhood and Adolescent Immunizations
Community Health Plan understands that you want your child to be as healthy as possible. That’s why we provide the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) childhood and adolescent immunization schedules.
For 2007, there have been some significant changes to the immunization schedules, which are now divided by age. There is an immunization schedule for infants and children age 0 - 6 and an immunization schedule for children and adolescents age 7 - 18. We also offer the CDC's catch–up schedules for our members.
If you have any specific questions about these schedules, please contact your child’s health care provider directly, or contact Community Health Plan Customer Service at (816) 271-1247 or (800) 990-9247.
