CHP transitions into Community Health Improvement Solutions

Community Health Plan (CHP) recently announced that a general agency agreement has been signed with Aetna Health Plans. This agreement means a newly created company Community Health Improvement Solutions (CHIS) will sell Aetna Health Insurance products along with other health and business-related services.

This agreement allows us to continue to provide superior insurance options in the community. We'll combine the strength of a national company with our own brand of good customer service and expanding health improvement options.

Our Service Area

Community Health Plan offers locally based services to employer groups with two or more employees. Our service area includes 21 counties in northwest Missouri, including Kansas City, and six counties in northeast Kansas (see listing below).
