Community Health Plan is dedicated to improving the health of our community.

• Community Health Line (24–hour nurse line) — speak to a certified nurse through our health information line
• My CHP Connection — quarterly member health newsletter
• Immunizations – your link to important immunization information including the guidelines offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
• Alternative Medicine — special discounts at area vision, acupuncture, fitness, massage therapy and biofeedback/hypnotherapy facilities
• Online Health Information — a wealth of health information is available through our new online health program. 

Our support and encouragement of health improvement does not end with the companies and members we serve, we are active sponsors of several local events and organizations that have the same goals for community health improvement. We believe in giving back to our community through various sponsorship and volunteering opportunities.
