The Most Valuable Person (MVP) Award is given monthly to an employee who demonstrates courtesy, respect, enthusiasm, a good attitude, loyalty, dependability and versatility to customers and co-workers.
The MVP recipient receives a plaque, $100 in cash, an MVP star pin and the designated Most Valuable Person parking spot for the month. The MVP also gets his/her photo in the St. Joseph News-Press and our weekly newsletter This Week At Heartland.
