 Heartland Health continues on our journey to performance excellence — along our journey, we received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2009. Now, Heartland Health is pleased to share best practices learned along the way with other organizations in similar pursuit of excellence.
Heartland Health Sharing Days provide an opportunity to interact with our executives to see how we are using the Baldrige criteria and with other business executives who are on their journey. Best practices, practical knowledge and related results will be shared during this two-day, hands-on experience.

Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions
Heartland Health will honor cancellation requests received up to two weeks prior to each conference date with a complete refund. Heartland will accept substitutes or rescheduling for future dates based on availability. Heartland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session as deemed appropriate. Please do not make travel arrangements until registration is confirmed.

St. Joseph, Mo., is located 45 minutes north of Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Heartland Regional Medical Center is the location for all Heartland Health Sharing Days. Heartland Health will provide a shuttle for all attendees when visiting Heartland Foundation’s emPowerU.
