FY 2011 GOALS

• Refine new caregiver orientation to focus on hiring people who have a servant’s heart to improve the patient experience
   
• Increase physician recognition and communication to improve physician satisfaction
   
• Build the Team Heartland and healing hospital culture to continue to improve the patient experience 
   
• Look at the structure of the volunteer board of directors and make necessary alignments 
   
• Develop a senior leadership succession plan so we’re always cultivating and growing our leaders to improve employee satisfaction
   
• Continue to work on improving the patient experience in the ER
   
• Continue to develop Heartland Clinic to improve the patient experience and improve physician satisfaction
   
• Include physicians in all levels of decision making to improve physicians satisfaction
